Mission Statement
Laurens County Literacy Council's mission is to improve the lives of adults in Laurens County by increasing their basic reading, math, writing, and work skills. This enables them to become more competitive in order to enter the job market. At the same time, we will be enhancing their quality of life. We are, also, committed to teaching English as a Second Language to immigrants and their families. Rev. 4/25/12
